Skilled Carpenter – Join a Growing Outdoor Living Team

Red Branch Outdoor Living is looking for a dependable, motivated Skilled Carpenter who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a professional team.

We build custom decks, covered patios, fireplaces, and outdoor kitchens — projects designed to last and built with care. If you have solid carpentry experience, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude, this could be a great opportunity for you.

You don’t have to know everything — but you do need to be coachable, reliable, and committed to doing quality work.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of carpentry experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints (or willingness to improve)
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Dependable and willing to learn

What We Offer:

• Above-average pay based on experience (Hourly pay range from $22 - $25, DOE)
• Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 AM – 4:30 PM) with an occasional Saturday

$22 - $25 hourly

• Check existing sketches and blueprints to understand project requirements
• Examine and repair structures
• Measure, cut, shape, and smooth carpentry materials
• Confirm flooring, roofing, and drywall are level and compatible
• Chisel and assemble kitchen cabinets, drywall, siding, and furniture

• Assist in building high-quality outdoor living structures
• Measure, cut, and install components of decks and patio covers
• Prefabricate pergolas and pavilion components
• Dig and install concrete foundations
• Work safely and maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Cooperate and collaborate with team members
• Work with attention to detail and speed while following directions
• Read and follow blueprints and project plans

• Valid driver’s license required
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Excellent physical condition and dexterity
• Successfully completed formal carpentry apprenticeship
• Accurate measuring and math skills required
