Join the Paradigm Healthcare team as a CNA Van Driver! We are a Skilled Nursing Facility seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual!

Job Duties

• Maintain a written schedule of patient appointments
• Safely load and unload patients from vehicle, accompany to physician office, and stay with patient if needed
• Arrange appointment times to allow flexibility to remain with patient if necessary
• Deliver and pick up medical documents from physician offices
• Provide transport services as directed
• Ensure that vehicle is in safe and working condition, suitable for resident to load, unload and be transported in the vehicle
• Provide direct nursing care, under direct supervision/direction of a nurse, in accordance with federal and state regulations, facility policies and procedures, and prudent nursing judgment.

Required Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active certification to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Texas
• Two years' experience in Long-Term Care experience is preferred
• Computer literacy skills (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office) required
