About This Position
Purpose of this position:
This is a skilled maintenance and repair work in the building, mechanical, or electrical trades. An employee in this class works in a variety of trades in the maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment. Supervised by the Administration Officer or his delegate on as needed basis.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Knowledge of the methods, materials, tools and practices used in at least two of the building, electrical, and mechanical trades
- Knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions of the trades involved

Qualifications:
- Two years of experience general maintenance work which has involved at least two of the building, electrical or mechanical trades.
- High school diploma or GED
