About This Position
Louisville Tile is seeking a Systems Administrator I for our corporate office. The Systems Administrator is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the Louisville Tile desktops and associated equipment. This position will also support enterprise software applications including ERP, CRM & Databases. This role is also responsible for answering Helpdesk support tickets based on user workstations, network issues, operating system issues & enterprise applications systems issues. This is a Monday-Friday role.

Requirements:
Management Responsibilities The position has no supervisory responsibilities or authority. The following are the responsibilities and govern your activities:
- Model and mentor the culture of Louisville Tile.
- Communication cadence to deliver updates on projects being worked together. Engage in actions to support the mission, goals, and vision of department success. Solicit feedback from team to foster growth and success as a team and individually.
Management Authority
- Coordinate efforts with 3rd party vendors within guidelines established with IT Manager.

- Is proficient in Excel, Word, and other technological programs required to execute the position.
- Business Subject Matter Expert for desktop IT initiatives and activities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Installs, configures, tests, and maintains desktop and/or laptop and related equipment.
- Installs firmware and security updates on desktop / laptop equipment, and related equipment. Assists with software upgrades and installations.
- Assists end users with tier 1 front line Microsoft product support (Windows / Office)
- Inventories company hardware and equipment including computers, printers, phones, servers, battery back-ups, TV’s, A/V and wireless AP’s.
- Troubleshoots and resolves issues in security hardware and software. Supports set up of users.
- Ability to demonstrate technical knowledge of the ERP and/or Salesforce (view logs, understand error messages and manage other system configurations/settings.)
- Ability to demonstrate the creation of processes and workflows within the ERP and/or Salesforce
- Investigating root causes of issues within Systems
- Ability to run import and export data scenarios
- Ability to customize screens and add user define fields along with permissions
- Can build reports using various ERP and/or Salesforce sources
- Comfortable working with various departments such as finance, logistics, procurement, order processing, returns, and operations to address their needs
- Can work under pressure. Able to prioritize ERP requests based on severity.
- Support Data integrations processes to ensure proper data sync
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft products including Windows, and Office applications, including Excel
- Networking knowledge / Active Directory expertise
- General Windows PC Troubleshooting experience, education, or training
- Salesforce Experience Preferred
- SQL Server Experience
- ERP Experience
- Degree in related field or 3 years previous experience preferred
