Lead Associate Director - Client Services - REMOTE

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Associate Director of Client Services. In this key role, you will oversee the Client Services Team managing valuable subsidized fitness programs. Your leadership will ensure top-tier service and support for our clients, directly impacting satisfaction and retention. You will work collaboratively with senior management to achieve departmental goals and support the implementation of new products. This remote position offers the flexibility to manage a dedicated team while contributing to innovative solutions in health and wellness services.
Accountabilities
  • Oversee Senior Managers and Client Services Managers to deliver excellent client service.
  • Ensure teams meet client expectations with high-level service on a daily basis.
  • Conduct routine outreach to support client retention and satisfaction.
  • Support new product implementations and client onboarding processes.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and direction to team members.
  • Identify and resolve client issues, collaborating with subject matter experts.
  • Provide comprehensive updates to management regarding client activity.
  • Assist in client presentations and renewals as necessary.
  • Participate in sales presentations and account functions as needed.
  • Responsible for staff forecasting and expense management.
Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in business or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience servicing health plan clients or similar.
  • At least 3 years of management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 CRM software preferred.
  • Strong MS Office skills required.
  • Excellent project management abilities.
  • Proven experience in hiring, training, and retaining high-performance team members.
  • Ability to convey clear and concise messages to varied audiences.
  • Capacity to manage resources effectively within budgetary constraints.
  • Strong judgment and delegation skills.
