- Lead divisional financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and analysis, ensuring alignment with regional and organizational objectives while providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Serve as a key financial advisor and thought partner to division and regional leaders, synthesizing complex financial data into clear recommendations that support decision-making and long-term planning.
- Drive financial governance, compliance, and reporting standards across the division, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to internal and external requirements.
- Identify inefficiencies, risks, and gaps in financial processes, and design solutions to improve operational effectiveness and resource allocation.
- Partner cross-functionally with business units and corporate stakeholders to support strategic initiatives, change management, and organizational transformation efforts.
- Oversee financial analysis, performance tracking, and KPI development to ensure transparency and continuous improvement across the division.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, with 7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and professional background.
- Proven experience leading financial planning, analysis, and complex multi-stakeholder financial operations in large or matrixed organizations.
- Strong background in accounting principles, financial regulations, and performance management frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, develop, and mentor teams, with experience in recruiting, coaching, and performance leadership.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights clearly to executive audiences.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, including prioritization, execution, and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with a track record of driving operational improvements and implementing scalable financial processes.
- Competitive annual salary range of $152,000–$190,000, depending on experience, skills, and location.
