Sales Recruiter (High-Volume & Rapid Growth)
Location: Phoenix, AZ, hybrid position
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-5 Salary + Bonus

What You’ll Do

• Aggressive Screening &Sourcing: Identify and engage sales talent
• High-Volume Screening: Conduct 15–20 daily phone screens focused on grit and fit
• Talent Advising: Partner with Sales Managers on hiring strategy
• Candidate Experience: Deliver a strong, consistent brand experience

What We’re Looking For

• The Sales Mindset: Persistent, persuasive, and objection-savvy
• Velocity: Experience in high-volume recruiting is a plus but we also welcome candidates who connect easily with others and possess excellent communication skills
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with ATS and sourcing tools
• Grit & Energy: A “whatever-it-takes” approach to hitting goals
