MINI of Universal City is hiring a MINI Genius to deliver exceptional customer experiences and provide expert product guidance. This role supports the sales team, conducts vehicle walkthroughs, and ensures high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver vehicle demonstrations, walkthroughs, and handovers
• Educate customers on features, technology, and brand benefits
• Support sales team with product expertise and engagement
• Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores (95%+ target)
• Complete product training and stay current on MINI knowledge

Compensation & Bonus:

• Base: $20/hour
• Bonus up to ~$950/month based on:
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSI performance)
  • Completed vehicle walkthroughs/deliveries
  • Product knowledge & training completion
  • Team collaboration and support

Qualifications:

• Customer service, retail, or automotive experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude

• Ability to learn quickly and engage customers
