This role is focused on driving new business growth within the live events, entertainment, sports, and ticketing ecosystem through a high-impact, hunter-style sales approach. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new clients who can benefit from advanced event management, ticketing, and analytics solutions. Working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, while building strong long-term client relationships. The position requires a strong mix of consultative selling, strategic outreach, and CRM-driven pipeline management. You will collaborate closely with marketing and internal teams to develop targeted campaigns and maximize lead conversion. This is a highly autonomous, performance-driven role ideal for someone passionate about live events and scalable SaaS solutions.

Accountabilities:
  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within the event ticketing and live entertainment industry through outbound outreach, marketing leads, and industry events.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery and needs assessments to understand client objectives, challenges, and ticketing requirements.
  • Present and demonstrate ticketing and event management solutions tailored to client needs, clearly articulating value and ROI.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including negotiation, pricing, contract discussions, and deal closure to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to support retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting using CRM tools such as Salesforce, ensuring visibility into sales performance.
  • Represent the organization at trade shows and industry events while continuously monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a hunter or new business development role with proven success in closing deals.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse client needs.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline using CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive long-term client engagement.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Familiarity with the event, entertainment, or ticketing industry is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
