This role is focused on driving performance marketing execution across paid media and email channels in a fast-scaling, creator-driven e-commerce environment. You will be responsible for optimizing campaigns in real time, improving ROI, and ensuring strong performance across multiple digital platforms. The position blends hands-on media buying with lifecycle marketing execution, requiring both analytical precision and creative thinking. You will collaborate closely with digital ads and marketing teams to translate strategy into high-performing campaigns. The environment is fast-paced and highly data-driven, with a strong emphasis on experimentation, iteration, and continuous improvement. - Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, Reddit, and Pinterest, ensuring continuous performance improvement.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and implement real-time adjustments to improve CPA, ROAS, and overall efficiency.
- Develop and maintain UTM structures and tracking systems to ensure accurate attribution and reporting.
- Support audience development, segmentation strategies, and A/B testing to improve targeting and campaign scalability.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and actionable opportunities for optimization.
- Execute email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo, including setup, segmentation, deployment, and performance tracking.
- Contribute to email content, creative direction, and lifecycle marketing flows to improve engagement and retention.
- Collaborate on campaign planning, providing input on channel mix, targeting strategies, and optimization opportunities.
- Help improve internal processes and frameworks to strengthen consistency and efficiency in digital execution.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in paid media marketing, managing campaigns across Meta and Google, with additional platform experience (Reddit, Pinterest) considered an asset.
- Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo, including segmentation, campaign execution, and lifecycle marketing flows.
- Solid understanding of UTM tracking, attribution models, and performance measurement.
- Proven ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into actionable optimization strategies.
- Experience balancing both creative and analytical responsibilities in a performance-driven environment.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and move quickly in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across marketing and creative teams.
- Interest or experience in creator economy or gaming industries is a plus.
