We are seeking a reliable and highly organized individual to lead our cleaning teams. The Lead Home Cleaner will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, providing hands-on cleaning, training new staff, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, a meticulous eye for detail, and excellent time management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of cleaners on a daily basis.
- Quality Control: Perform thorough inspections of homes upon completion to ensure all tasks meet the company's high standards.
- Training & Development: Train new cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company protocols.
- Customer Service: Address client concerns and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Hands-on Cleaning: Perform detailed residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms, and cleaning kitchens.
- Supply Management: Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Scheduling & Logistics: Assist with route planning and ensuring timely arrival at scheduled appointments.
