This role is focused on delivering high-quality service and operational support to financial professionals and field office teams within a fast-paced financial services environment. You will serve as a key point of contact for inquiries related to products, processes, and transactional support, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of requests. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage complex and escalated issues while maintaining a high standard of service excellence. You will also act as a liaison between internal operations teams and external partners, helping to ensure smooth execution of business activities. - Provide responsive phone and email support to financial professionals, assistants, and field office personnel regarding products, processes, and business operations
- Ensure high-quality service delivery by maintaining standards for accuracy, turnaround time, and effective follow-up
- Research and track inquiries from the field, ensuring timely updates and clear communication on request status and resolution
- Educate field personnel on available tools, platforms, and resources for accessing business and account information
- Clearly explain internal policies and procedures related to business processing and operational workflows
- Serve as a liaison between internal operations teams and external partners to facilitate issue resolution
- Manage and resolve complex or escalated service issues with professionalism and accuracy
- Support meetings, projects, and operational initiatives as needed
- Contribute to process improvement efforts to enhance service efficiency and customer experience
- 3–5 years of customer service experience in a financial services environment or trading desk support role
- Strong understanding of financial services operations and general market trading practices
- Experience with Pershing products, procedures, and NetExchange Pro system preferred
- Familiarity with DST Vision is a plus
- FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and/or Series 99 licenses preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

- Base salary range of 65,000 USD to 75,000 USD annually
