About This Position

Description:

The Analyst’s primary function is to ensure delivery of exceptional client service. This includes partnering with the Client Executive to address client needs related to insurance coverage, service requests, renewals, new business, and claims. The Analyst also works with the Client Executive developing client-facing materials, including research, data analysis, and insights used to inform recommendations and guide client decision-making.

OBJECTIVES AND ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  • Actively provide service support to the team in managing personal lines accounts
  • Participates in the renewal and new business process by gathering information, organizing documentation, and supporting quote and proposal preparation
  • Handle client service requests such as certificates, policy changes, and proof of insurance under guidance from senior team members
  • Responsible for responding to routine client inquiries and escalating more complex questions related to billing, claims, or coverage as appropriate
  • Enter and maintain accurate client and policy information in the agency management system (e.g., Applied EPIC), following established procedures
  • Partners with the Client Executive to identify potential coverage gaps and cross-selling opportunities by organizing and reviewing account information
  • Prepares client materials and documentation to support meetings and ongoing client communication
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to support daily account needs and ensure timely service delivery
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to build foundational knowledge of insurance products, systems, and processes

Requirements:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • 1 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry, with a focus on personal lines
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain within a designated timeframe)
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Effective organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Proven problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with agency management systems (e.g., Applied EPIC) is a plus
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
