About the RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Customer Success Architect (CSA) to be the technical lead and trusted advisor for our Premier-tier enterprise customers. You will design, optimize, and safeguard technical architectures that accelerate time-to-value, reduce operational risk, and maximize ROI from the Auditoria.AI platform.
In partnership with the Senior Customer Success Executive (CSE), you will own technical success, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant deployments that drive measurable adoption, reduce high-severity incidents, close knowledge gaps, and directly contribute to Net Revenue Retention.

In partnership with the Senior Customer Success Executive (CSE), you will own technical success, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant deployments that drive measurable adoption, reduce high-severity incidents, close knowledge gaps, and directly contribute to Net Revenue Retention.
Key ResponsibilitiesPremier Success Technical Leadership
- Serve as the designated technical owner for Premier accounts, delivering all architecture and technical services defined in the Premier Success plan.
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance reviews; provide prioritized optimization plans with measurable impact to drive adoption.
- Lead quarterly architecture and configuration reviews to ensure ongoing alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
- Collaborate with customer IT, security, and finance teams to design and maintain end-to-end architectures integrating Auditoria.AI into enterprise ecosystems.
- Provide clear, actionable guidance on configuration, change management, feature enablement, and compliance (PCI DSS, SOC 2, GDPR) post hypercare.
- Produce and maintain architecture diagrams, integration designs, technical success plans, and best-practice documentation.
- Support complex integrations and post-hypercare optimization to ensure stable, high-performance adoption.
- Partner with Professional Services for seamless handoff from deployment to ongoing technical success.
- Maintain secure, compliant, and performant customer environments in both sandbox and production.
- Partner with the CSE, owning relationships, renewals, and expansion; CSA owns technical health, architecture, and optimization.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve escalations, influence the roadmap, and embed customer-driven improvements.
- Contribute technical content to playbooks, training materials, and enablement programs.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in a technical customer-facing role (Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, Implementation Consultant) in B2B SaaS, preferably fintech.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise IT systems (email, identity management), ERPs, finance data flows, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong expertise in SaaS architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for executives and non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record using data-driven insights to improve adoption, reduce incidents, and accelerate ROI.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship if living in the United States, as we are unable to sponsor or transfer visas for this position.
- Remote candidates in the United States or near Hyderabad, India will be considered.
