JJL Design & Build LLC is seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to support residential construction and renovation projects in the Safford, AZ area. This is a hands-on, physical role ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, learning new skills, and contributing to a team-oriented job site. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to applywe are willing to train motivated individuals who show up on time, work hard, and take direction well.

• Assist skilled tradespeople and crew leads with daily construction activities

• Perform general labor tasks including lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading materials

• Prepare, maintain, and clean job sites to ensure safety and efficiency

• Use basic hand and power tools under supervision

• Assist with demolition, site setup, and material staging

• Follow instructions, company policies, and jobsite safety procedures

• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment

• Support multiple tasks as assigned by supervisors

• Entry-level experience accepted; construction experience is a plus but not required

• Willingness and ability to perform manual, physical labor throughout the workday

• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials

• Valid drivers license required

• Reliable transportation required (personal vehicle)

• Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
