Trailer Wrap Technician – SEA604

Daily Responsibilities:

• Preparation: Clean and prep trailer surfaces, including the removal of hardware, old decals, and adhesive residue.
• Installation: Apply large-format vinyl graphics, wraps, and lettering using heat guns, squeegees, and torches to ensure a bubble-free, professional finish.
• Finishing: Perform precision trimming around hardware and creating perfect seams; tuck and seal edges for long-term durability
• Quality Control: Conduct final inspections to ensure work meets company standards and branding requirements.
• Maintenance: Maintain a clean workspace and organize installation tools and materials
• Performs other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in vehicle or trailer wraps installation (commercial experience preferred).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with installation tools (knifeless tape, heat guns, precision blades) and knowledge of vinyl types (Arlon, 3M, Avery Dennison, etc.)
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional eye for alignment, color matching, and surface imperfections.
• Communication: Ability to follow complex layout proofs and communicate effectively with team members and managers.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities, meet demanding deadlines and adjust to sudden changes in workflow.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think independently and take corrective action.
• Ability to act independently and take initiative to solve problems and implement solutions.
• Ability to climb ladders and scaffold.
• Ability to lift as much as 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
