Job Details

The Team Services Department of KARM Stores is looking for a Talent Manager. The Talent Manager is responsible for a variety of duties related to the recruitment, screening, hiring & placement, onboarding & retention of applicants for assigned KARM Stores locations. They will coordinate the screening of incoming applications, interview and place new hires in departments in need. They will also be responsible for facilitating the onboarding of new team members and coordinate and execute all retention efforts for their region.

  1. Demonstrated leadership ability, organizational skills, and strong interpersonal skills.

  2. High level of communication both verbally and in writing.

  3. Ability to communicate in a pleasant and professional manner over the phone.

  4. Capable of maintaining confidentiality.

  5. Ability to maintain accurate information with a high degree of organizational skills and attention to detail.

  6. Ability to work as part of a team.

  7. Ability to effectively adapt to change.

  8. Demonstrates a positive enthusiastic attitude.

  9. Can work independently.

  10. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

  11. Expert level of experience in G-Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, etc).

  12. Proficient in email communications (including attachments).

  13. Ability to operate general office machines, copier, fax, printers, scanners.

  14. Ability to read (English), comprehend, analyze and interpret correspondence and memos.

  15. Ability to read and interpret documents such as policy/procedure manuals.

  16. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written and oral form
