Medical Patient Access Representative at Konza Prairie Community Health Center, Inc – Junction City, Kansas

The Medical Patient Access Representative serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service while supporting efficient clinic operations. This role performs a variety of front-office and clerical duties including patient check-in and check-out, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, medical record maintenance, and payment processing.

The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a positive patient experience.

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Minimum six (6) months of customer service or reception experience

Preferred Qualifications:

1. 1 year or more of experience in a healthcare setting
2. Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
3. Bilingual in Spanish
4. Graduate of a certified medical office training program, CNA, or Medical Assistant
5. Knowledge of medical terminology
