Job Overview:

Responsible for scheduling of Diagnostic Radiologic Techologists. This includes ensuring patient and employee safety, compliance with all regulatory bodies, maintenance of equipment, conducting employee training and competencies, communication and collaboration with radiologists and other departments in imaging, conduct annual performance appraisals, provide disciplinary action if necessary, lead staffing rounding and huddles. The chief CT/XRAY technologist also works with the Director of Imaging to track KPIs, order supplies, create and monitor staffing models to adjust for departmental needs, address EPIC WQs.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Graduate of an AMA School of Radiologic Technology
• Minimum of five years experience in supervisory position.

Certifications and Licenses Required:

• Currently active ARRT and New Jersey licensed
• Maintains required BLS Heart Saver/Health Care Provider course completion status.
