- Prepare proposals, letters, reports, and correspondence from draft to client-ready
- Assist managers with project status updates, expense reports, and monthly accounting tasks
- File project documents, track tasks, and maintain accurate records in project management systems
- Support submissions to outside agencies, including assembling materials and managing deliverables
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel logistics, including agenda creation and follow-up
- Prepare and assemble plans, reports, and map packages for internal and external use
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to support timely project delivery

What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of administrative experience supporting management-level staff
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of Concur or CRM a plus
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Commitment to professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
