Job Title: Front Office Coordinator

Location: Richmond (In-Person)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are looking for an administrative superstar who can multitask, take initiative, and genuinely enjoys working with people. The front desk position is the heartbeat of our office, so it’s important that you are friendly, positive, engaging, and aware of your surroundings.

Main Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls professionally and in a timely manner
  • Photocopying, filing, scanning, and completing general administrative tasks
  • Manage email correspondence
  • Maintain an organized front desk and office workspace
  • Plan and organize meetings
  • Assist with company events
  • Support daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow
  • Use computer programs (Microsoft Office, Adobe, Rippling, etc.) and learn new systems as required

  • Ability to multitask and take initiative
  • Friendly, positive, and engaging personality
  • Professional communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
  • Quick learner with solid computer skills
  • Reliable, adaptable, and proactive
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle preferred
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $3,000 per month
  • Company benefits provided
