This role offers a high-impact opportunity to amplify the effectiveness of the Chief Revenue Officer and drive execution across the Revenue organization. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, and communication, turning priorities into measurable outcomes and ensuring the sales leadership team runs with clarity, discipline, and alignment. Acting as a trusted advisor and operator, you will lead cross-functional initiatives, streamline processes, and provide insights that influence executive decisions. This position requires a proactive problem-solver who can see around corners, manage complexity, and create structure in a fast-growing, dynamic environment. You will also be responsible for building scalable processes, tracking key metrics, and enabling the CRO to focus on high-leverage work that drives revenue growth. This is a unique opportunity to have broad visibility, work across multiple teams, and directly contribute to organizational success.

Accountabilities:
  • Partner with the CRO to translate revenue strategy into actionable priorities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Drive execution of cross-functional initiatives from conception to delivery, establishing operating cadences, dashboards, and tracking mechanisms
  • Prepare executive-level materials for board, leadership, and sales meetings, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and context
  • Identify process inefficiencies and design improvements to increase speed, effectiveness, and operational rigor
  • Serve as a central integrator across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Product, Finance, and Customer teams to maintain alignment and momentum
  • Act as a trusted advisor, proxy, and “goalkeeper” for the CRO, protecting time and prioritizing critical issues
  • Apply data-driven analysis and structured problem-solving to surface risks, identify opportunities, and recommend strategic actions
Requirements:
  • 8–12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, revenue operations, or Chief of Staff–type roles in high-growth environments
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives (CRO, CCO, COO, or equivalent) with complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong operational and project management skills, with a track record of creating scalable processes and driving execution across multiple workstreams
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear recommendations and narratives
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and build trust across senior stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience tailoring messaging for executives, operators, and cross-functional partners
  • High level of discretion, judgment, and comfort handling sensitive information
  • Bias for action, ownership mentality, and adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Preferred: experience in the creator economy or marketing technology
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $150,000–$200,000 OTE, with performance-based incentives
  • Flexible and remote-friendly work options
  • Comprehensive benefits plans, including health, dental, vision, and retirement options
  • Opportunity to operate at a high level with visibility across the Revenue organization
  • Professional growth in a dynamic, fast-scaling company
  • Collaborative and inclusive culture, with emphasis on mentorship, accountability, and impact
  • Exposure to strategic decision-making and executive-level initiatives
