Sales Operations Manager - West Region

As aSales Operations Managerwith BrandSafway, you will have the opportunity toprovide comprehensive support to our Sales, Operations, Inside Sales, and Leadership Teamswithin your assigned region. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills and beproficient withvarious tools and platforms to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

While this role is aligned with our Long Beach, CA location, we are also seeking candidates based in key Southwestern markets including SoCal, San Diego, Pheonix, SLC & Denver. This role requires a minimum of 50% travel and includes an on target pay for performance (P4P) bonus starting at 10%.

Responsibilities

  • Standardize and collaborate on developing effect sales strategies for the inside sales that align with company and regional initiatives
  • Providegeneral supportto regional leadership and salesteamsasappropriate.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for leadership, highlighting sales metrics, targets, and year-to-date progress.
  • Upholdcompliance with Salesforce standards andensuredata integrity.
  • Assist withAnnual Operating Plan (AOP) compilation.
  • Implement process standardization and collaborate on developing effective sales strategies.
  • Participate in sales meetings withrelevant sales leaderstoalignsales objectivesand track target progress.
  • Assistwithselection,onboardingand training ofnew Inside Sales team members.
  • Oversee daily activities,monitorprogress towards goals, and track Inside Sales metrics.
  • Facilitate weekly group calls to share best practices and conduct one-on-one meetings with team members for mentorship, guidance, andadditionaltraining as needed.
  • Assistwithpre-qualification processes and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) from customersas needed.
  • Align with regional growth initiatives to drivegrowthinassignedtarget products, customer groups, and geographies.
  • Serve as the regional Salesforce SME, providing frontline support, training, and communication of updates to the sales team, while also acting as a liaison with the corporate teamregardingenhancement requests.
  • Providegeneral supportto regional leadership and the sales team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree in related discipline plus3+ years outsidebusiness-to-businesssales and operations experiencerequired.
  • Withoutcollegedegree, 7+ years outside sales and operations experiencerequired orsignificant experience(5+ years) in construction or related industry along withdemonstratedleadership abilities.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiencywith Salesforce and Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience increating, editing, and deliveringpresentations.
  • Ability to attend andparticipatein conferences andtradeshows.
  • Experience with market analysis and report generation.
  • Previousexperience in salessupport,business analytics, sales operations and business developmentor a similar role is preferred.
