Job Description

We’re a leading service provider for commercial coffee equipment, working with top manufacturers to keep cafés and businesses running smoothly. We service espresso machines, brewers, and grinders, and partner with many of the industry’s top manufacturers.

We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Service Technician. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves coffee and wants to learn a skilled trade—no prior technical experience required.

In this role, you will perform service calls, preventative maintenance, and equipment installations. You’ll troubleshoot and repair advanced coffee equipment while delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients. The work is primarily independent in the field, but you’ll be supported by a collaborative team.

New hires begin with hands-on training by riding along with a certified technician and will be enrolled in a certification program. Once trained and certified, you will be assigned your own service vehicle and route.

We’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for coffee, strong problem-solving skills, and good communication abilities. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Barista or appliance repair experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

· Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory

· Foster strong customer relationships and inspire loyalty through professional and reliable service adhering to safety standards.

· Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements by conducting thorough inspections, timely maintenance, and accurate paperwork completion.

· Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Service mindset and passion for seeking customer satisfaction.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Must enjoy coffee, tasting

· Smartphone proficiency for inventory management, scheduling, and other tasks.

· Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Must maintain a reliable smartphone capable of accessing required training, scheduling, and communication tools.

Must have reliable transportation to and from work and training during the initial training period.
