Accountabilities:

  • Oversee full P&L responsibility, including revenue, EBITDA, forecasting, budgeting, and ongoing financial performance management.
  • Lead, coach, and develop regional sales managers, inside sales leaders, and sales representatives, building a high-performance and accountable culture.
  • Manage and optimize inside sales operations, including pipeline development, call activity, conversion metrics, and revenue generation.
  • Establish and track key sales KPIs such as revenue growth, margins, quote-to-close ratios, and customer acquisition performance.
  • Leverage CRM and analytics tools to monitor performance trends, improve forecasting accuracy, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and ensure consistent engagement across the customer base.
  • Partner with marketing, product, finance, supply chain, and sales enablement teams to align strategies and execute profitable initiatives.
  • Oversee development of sales tools, training programs, and marketing materials to enhance efficiency and commercial effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 6+ years of sales leadership experience with responsibility for managing, hiring, training, and developing teams.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales organizations.
  • Strong experience managing budgets, forecasting, and full P&L ownership.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) and sales performance analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $126,000 – $191,625 annually, with potential bonus and commission eligibility.
  • Performance-based incentives aligned with business and individual success.
  • Comprehensive health, vision, and wellness benefits package.
  • Opportunities for professional growth within a global, innovation-driven environment.
  • Flexible working conditions depending on role requirements.
  • Strong focus on inclusion, collaboration, and continuous learning culture.
  • Exposure to cross-functional and international business operations.
