This senior leadership role is responsible for driving the strategic direction, commercial growth, and overall performance of a major eyewear brand portfolio. The position combines full P&L ownership with end-to-end sales leadership, requiring a strong balance of strategic vision and operational execution. You will lead and inspire multi-layered sales teams, including regional and inside sales functions, while ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives. The role is highly cross-functional, working closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, and enablement teams to deliver sustainable revenue and profitability growth. You will play a key role in shaping go-to-market strategies, strengthening key customer relationships, and expanding market share in a competitive global environment. This is a high-impact leadership position suited for a results-driven executive who thrives in fast-paced, performance-oriented settings.
- Own and drive the full sales strategy and execution for the Altair brand portfolio, ensuring alignment with broader North American commercial objectives.
- Oversee full P&L responsibility, including revenue, EBITDA, forecasting, budgeting, and ongoing financial performance management.
- Lead, coach, and develop regional sales managers, inside sales leaders, and sales representatives, building a high-performance and accountable culture.
- Manage and optimize inside sales operations, including pipeline development, call activity, conversion metrics, and revenue generation.
- Establish and track key sales KPIs such as revenue growth, margins, quote-to-close ratios, and customer acquisition performance.
- Leverage CRM and analytics tools to monitor performance trends, improve forecasting accuracy, and identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and ensure consistent engagement across the customer base.
- Partner with marketing, product, finance, supply chain, and sales enablement teams to align strategies and execute profitable initiatives.
- Oversee development of sales tools, training programs, and marketing materials to enhance efficiency and commercial effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 6+ years of sales leadership experience with responsibility for managing, hiring, training, and developing teams.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales organizations.
- Strong experience managing budgets, forecasting, and full P&L ownership.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) and sales performance analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.
- Competitive salary range: $126,000 – $191,625 annually, with potential bonus and commission eligibility.
