• Assist with posting job openings and managing applicant flow
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates
• Support onboarding activities, including preparing new-hire packets and gathering required documentation
• Help maintain accurate employee records and digital files
• Communicate with hiring managers to ensure timely follow-up
• Provide general administrative support to the HR/Talent Acquisition team as needed
