Job Description
This is a full-time non-exempt position.
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm.
Essential Functions
· Selling Corvette parts primarily through in-coming phone calls.
· Customer Service: answering questions and finding solutions to problems while utilizing our software, website and 200+ years of experienced staff.
· Following up with previous customers.
· Generating quotes for international orders.
· Online chatting through our website.
Key skills and competencies of the position include, but are not limited to:
· Demonstrates a high level of customer service empathy, professionalism, and respect.
· Returns all internal/external calls, emails, and faxes in a timely manner, ensuring that customers’ concerns are understood, and resolution is clearly explained.
· Process customer orders/changes/ returns according to established department policies and procedures.
· Exemplifies high levels of quality, productivity, and efficiency in a manner consistent with continuous quality improvement.· Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
· A willingness to learn and a passion for helping people.
· Answering customer requests or inquiries concerning services, products, billing, etc.
· Delivering superior service identifying and resolving customers’ issues using problem-solving skills.
· Building a positive rapport across a variety of personality types
· Continually maintaining a working knowledge of our clients’ products, services, and Promotions.
· Putting the customer first and remaining polite and professional at all times.
Requirements:The successful candidate’s qualifications will include:
· Willing to learn and accept feedback.
· Detail and goal oriented.
· Friendly personality.
· Clearly communicates with others.
· Customer service experience (preferred).
· Basic car knowledge (preferred).
Working Conditions
· Ability to work in a fast paced, call center environment.
· Dexterity of hands to operate a computer keyboard.
· Seeing to read and review material for accuracy.
· Hearing and speaking to exchange information with customers and co-workers.
· Ability to sit for extended periods of time
