Revolution is hiring for an Extrusion Operator for it's Night Shift at it's Vernon, CA facility. This position is a 12-hour shift, 5 days a week, with the potential for overtime. This role will be responsible for the efficient set-up and operation of extrusion lines to safely produce a high-quality film by the job safety analysis, production schedule, set-up instructions, operating procedures, and quality specifications.

• Work responsibly in a safe manner, following all safe operating procedures and posted requirements.
• Follow work guidelines and adhere to all company policies.
• Sustain productivity and quality standards.
• Handle products according to customer specifications and the company's production standards.
• Position may require the ability to receive forklift certification.
• Complete assigned tasks as instructed by the supervisor.

• High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
• Experience in blowing film extrusion preferred.
• Essential reading and writing skills are required.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Must be able to stand 12 hours during a shift.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.

California Pay Transparency: Base Range $18.00 -$19.00/hour + Overtime + Shift Differential + Benefits + PTO
