This role is designed for an experienced architectural signage professional who understands how to build lasting market presence, influence projects early, and develop sustained, profitable portfolios.
The Opportunity
You will take ownership of your market by developing strategic relationships with developers, healthcare systems, corporate real estate teams, architects, and general contractors. The right professional understands that great signage work begins well before bid day. You will work alongside experienced design, estimating, project management, and production teams who know how to execute at a high level. The infrastructure is established. The platform is strong. The opportunity is to build upon it.
What You'll Do
  • Identify and cultivate high value vertical opportunities.
  • Influence projects prior to hard bid.
  • Develop and expand strategic accounts.
  • Utilize digital research and prospecting tools effectively.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management within CRM and ERP systems.
  • Partner internally to deliver profitable, well executed work.
  • Approach growth with strategic focus on margin and long term account development.
