About the Role:
As an Assembler, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing process by accurately and efficiently assembling components into finished products. Your work ensures that each product meets quality standards and is ready for the next stage of production or shipment. You will be responsible for interpreting assembly instructions, using various hand and power tools, and performing visual inspections to maintain high-quality output. This position requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work effectively on a production line. Ultimately, your contributions will support the company’s commitment to delivering reliable and well-constructed products to customers across the United States.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with assembly processes in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power equipment such as drill presses and band saws.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with soldering techniques.
- Familiarity with production line workflows and safety protocols.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Certification in workplace safety or equipment operation.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including overtime if needed.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble parts and components according to detailed instructions and blueprints.
- Operate hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and soldering irons to complete assembly tasks.
- Use power equipment including drill presses and band saws safely and efficiently.
- Perform visual inspections to identify defects or inconsistencies in assembled products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency on the production line.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
