Job Summary

• The LPN with Clinics is accountable for providing high quality professional care to patients and families under the supervision of the provider in their scope of practice.
• Position is a float position providing support at the Carlson Street Clinic.

Education and/or Experience

• Previous clinic experience preferred
• Graduate from an accredited school of Licensed Practical Nursing required

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• Basic Life Support required within 30 days of hire

• Licensed as a Practical Nurse in the State of Minnesota upon hire

Work Schedule

• Clinic hours: 8:00am-5:00pm; 72 hours every 2 weeks
