HR COMPLIANCE SUPPORT ASSOCIATE in Tampa, Florida at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center

Position Highlights:

Supports the administration of the Center’s HR Compliance programs by providing administrative support and facilitation for HR Compliance functions. This position will be responsible for monitoring and responding to shared inbox customer service requests. This position will work on routine audits as assigned by pulling adhoc reports and distributing accordingly. This position will work under close to moderate supervision with limited latitude for independent judgment. Consults with senior peers on noncomplex HR Compliance projects to learn through experience.

Responsibilities:

• Triages emails that are sent to department shared email.
• Reviews and processes remote work agreements.
• Assists with tasks related to international travel requests.
• Runs routine and adhoc reports and reviews routine data entry for functions across the HR Compliance team.
• Supports the facilitation of presentations and trainings for HR Compliance established functions.
• Provides assistance and works on special projects or other duties, as needed and assigned, across the HR Compliance function.

Credentials and Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Minimum of (2) two years experience in a program/department support role required. Must have functional knowledge in human resources or business administration processes.
