Grant Analyst-Complex Care

Summary:
The grant analyst for complex care manages public and private sector grants for the program. Responsible for state and federal trends in health and social services and identifies opportunities for partnerships that support the Center’s priorities. This position works closely with the management team to identify and assess funding opportunities. Through the life cycle of the grants, the coordinator collaborates across departments to establish, measure, comply with and report on grant objectives and outcomes.
Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management/Administration, Social Science or Human Services required, Master’s Degree preferred.
Experience Requirement:
Minimum Two (2) years of program delivery or program oversight within state and federal regulatory environment. Demonstrated ability in public/private grant and proposal writing and reporting. Experience with business processes, including budget development and data validation and analytics.

Physical Demands/Conditions:
- Prolonged standing and walking; lifting, turning patients and equipment; repeated bending, squatting and stooping; exposure to infectious agents. Visual acuity is needed to assess color changes, to verify accuracy of written materials, and to administer and accurately prepare medications. Heavy Work - Exerting up to 150 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 75 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 30 pounds of force constantly to move objects. (May be further defined as "with or without assistance.")
