Schedule

• Monday-Friday 8 am- 4:30 pm
• Evaluation to hire

Pay

• $18.00-$20.00/HR
• Weekly paychecks every Friday!

Responsibilities

• Execute daily production schedule
• Inspect mold for damage/clean and wax mold as necessary
• Clay, tape, and apply proper gel coat to mold
• Measure & cut matt/wood components needed for lamination
• Hand lay, chop, wet trim parts
• Pull completed parts, inspect, and record activities in computer system.

Skills

• High School or GED equivalent
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to maintain a clean work environment
• Ability to work in a team setting
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• American Composites Manufactures Association Tech Certification- preferred (ACMA)
• Lean Manufacturing Certification- preferred.
