?As a member of our DQ Team you will have the opportunity to be the first to greet our guests (we call them Fans) either at the front counter or drive thru. You might also be part of the elite group of team members that are given the chance to make our world famous Blizzard as well as other yummy treats. Potential candidates must be committed to creating DQ Fans by serving them with hospitality during high volume periods and ensuring a great experience. We're about creating happy moments in our fans day and that starts with you serving them delicious food and mouth watering DQ treats.

Key responsibilities include taking, fulfilling and serving food orders and entering register transactions as well as maintaining a clean environment. Team Member Responsibilities Include

• Warmly greeting our Fans
• Serving our Fans with both speed and friendliness
• Delivering an elevated dining experience to all Fans
• Showing up on time, maintaining a great attitude and staying focused during your shift
• Being a willing team player and maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and fellow team members
• Assisting in keeping the restaurant and bathrooms clean at all times
• Being responsible to fill your shift if you're unable to work.

Requirements:

• MUST be 16yrs or older to apply
• Communicate positively with fans and co-workers constantly during shifts
• Work well under pressure packed situations while maintaining a great attitude
• Comfortable standing for entire shift and able to lift 50 pounds
• Practice established food handling procedures and meet any local health regulations
• Exhibit good manners, proper personal hygiene and promptness
• Have fun and maintain a positive attitude at all times!
