Working Lead Electrician - Must be Fluent in English at Casagrande Electric Inc. – Marco Island, Florida

Family owned and operated rapidly growing electrical company based in Marco Island is looking for an experienced working, Lead Electrician.

Summary

As a Working Lead Electrician, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical installations and ensuring compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC). Your core skills in using hand tools, voltmeters, and power tools will be essential in executing tasks efficiently. With a strong background in both residential remodels and new construction, as well as, some commercial electrical work, you will lead projects on construction sites, interpreting blueprints and schematics and assuring correct and accurate installations. Your expertise in high voltage systems, will contribute significantly to the success of our electrical team.

Looking for an experienced electrician with leadership talent as well as the following:

• Must be an electrician - journeymen level or higher
• Must know how to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues
• Ability to manage ongoing new construction and remodel jobs
• Must be able to communicate with contractors and homeowners in English
• Must be fluent in conversational English
• Must be detail oriented and organized
• Must be team centric
• Must be able to read and follow blue print layouts
• Manage layouts
• Coordinating schedule if needed with other trades
• Manage material purchasing for projects
• Manage change orders
• Must be able to communicate needs of project with the administrative team effectively
• Communicate with contractors change order approvals, progress of jobs, scheduling and correcting issues from initial onset of project through CO
• May potentially be asked to do a service call or troubleshoot
• Must be able to climb ladders and lift at least 50lbs
• Some computer skills, excel and word experience a plus
• Must be able to communicate clear description of job scope to customers and contractors
• Minimum 8 years experience in electrical service
• Must have a valid drivers license and be insurable
