Hours: Full time

Work days: Monday - Friday

Day-time Shifts: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (full-time)

Job Site Locations: Bronx

Pay: $21 per hour

Summary of duties:

• Supervising employee
• Working hands on supervisor
• Set goals for performance that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to cleaners
• Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties and delegate tasks
• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
• Receive complaints and resolve problems
• Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
• Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
• Prepare and submit performance reports
• Responsible for company vehicle and equipment
• Train new employees
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
• Sanitation, debris removal, and general clean up of fish market and loading docks.
• Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors throughout the areas.
• Regularly check the trash receptacles, emptying as needed, in all areas of the site.
• Collect, consolidate, and separate recycling into proper receptacles.
• Clean restrooms, windows and other surfaces
• Power washing
• Painting
• Following company policies and quality standards
• Mandatory Snow Removal and possible overtime
• Any other task assigned

Qualifications:

o Must have 1 year supervisor experience

o Must have at least 1 year of driving experience in New York City, have a great driving record, and be able to pass driving test

o Must have valid Driver's License

o Must have a working phone that is able to download two mobile apps used to complete the job

o Ability to use phone app for report completion of each location

o Must be age 18 or over

o Must have a demonstrated record of satisfactory attendance and punctuality

o Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

o Good communication skills and ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions are also required

o Ability to speak and read English
