Senior Publisher Associate (Remote)

Accountabilities- Build and maintain relationships with Catholic authors and partners.
- Acquire, develop, and manage approximately 10 titles per year.
- Participate in leadership meetings to review pipeline and financial impacts.
- Manage editorial schedules and oversee the acquisitions cycle.
- Collaborate on product development, including titling and cover direction.
- Support financial planning and sales analysis.
- Regularly meet with the publisher for progress and strategy discussions.
- Develop and manage the editorial team, conducting performance evaluations.
- Minimum of 8 years in publishing or related field, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong editorial skills and proficiency in English.
- Ability to analyze financial documents like income statements and balance sheets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in management, leadership, and professional development.
- Skilled in public speaking and leading meetings effectively.
- Knowledge of the Christian market, especially dynamics within the Catholic market.
- Competitive salary range between $100,000 $150,000.
