This is your chance to be part of it from day one.

As a Team Member, you’ll play a key role in launching the restaurant and setting the standard early.

This role is focused on customer experience, service quality, and strong execution, making sure every guest interaction feels smooth, intentional, and on point.

• Prepare and assemble food according to Patty Slaps standards
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and presentation of every order
• Execute tasks efficiently during both slow and peak periods
• Support a smooth flow between kitchen and service

• Welcome and assist customers in a natural, confident way
• Guide guests through the menu clearly without sounding scripted
• Deliver consistent, attentive service throughout the visit
• Handle customer questions and issues calmly and efficiently

• Maintain a clean, organized, and functional workspace at all times
• Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
• Complete cleaning, restocking, and station setup tasks
• Ensure all stations (FOH & BOH) remain service-ready

• Communicate clearly with team members during shifts
• Stay aware of overall service flow and station needs
• Step in to support other stations without waiting to be asked
• Contribute to a focused, efficient, and positive team environment

• Follow all Patty Slaps operational procedures and guidelines
• Maintain consistency in execution across all tasks
• Apply training and feedback directly into daily work
• Respect role expectations, structure, and accountability

• Strong sense of customer service and awareness

• Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment

Bilingual (French & English) required.
Experience is an asset, but not required.

• Flexible schedule (including mornings, evenings and weekends)

• Standing for extended periods

Availability Requirements

Full-Time:

• Minimum 6 days per week availability

• At least 2 weekend days (Friday–Sunday)

• Must be available for morning or evening shifts on weekends

• At least 1 weekend day must include closing availability

Part-Time:

• Minimum 4 days per week availability

• At least 1 weekend day (Friday–Sunday)

• Availability on that day must be open (morning to closing)
