Accountabilities:
  • Build and lead the commercial strategy for structural heart (TAVR & TMTI) across the U.S., including sales, marketing, clinical training, and sales operations infrastructure.

  • Oversee product launch readiness and execution, ensuring seamless coordination across all commercial and clinical stakeholders.
  • Monitor performance, budgets, market trends, and operational KPIs to guide strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership, including at least 10 years in the medical device industry.
  • Strong preference for prior experience in structural heart therapies, particularly TAVR and TMTI.
  • Proven success leading large-scale commercial organizations in highly regulated healthcare environments.
  • Deep expertise in building and scaling sales strategies, infrastructure, and field execution models.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to operate in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Experience working with digital sales tools, CRM systems, and commercial analytics platforms.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range: $149,300 – $298,700 USD annually.
  • Performance-based compensation opportunities.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Remote-first work arrangement with extensive travel flexibility (up to 75%).
  • Retirement savings programs and financial planning support.
  • Opportunities for leadership development and career advancement in a global healthcare organization.
  • Inclusive and mission-driven culture focused on improving patient outcomes.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge medical technologies and large-scale commercial transformation initiatives.
