This role focuses on ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of enterprise infrastructure systems across a dynamic technology environment. You will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting critical infrastructure components while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across assigned domains. The position involves hands-on work with hardware, software, operating systems, and related infrastructure services. You will play a key role in troubleshooting complex technical issues, conducting system health checks, and ensuring optimal performance through proactive monitoring and capacity planning. The role also requires strong ownership in maintaining system quality, adhering to global infrastructure standards, and ensuring timely resolution of defects. You will collaborate closely with operations and cross-functional teams to deliver stable and secure environments. This is a highly accountable role where operational excellence, consistency, and attention to detail directly impact system reliability and business continuity.

• Manage, maintain, monitor, and support infrastructure systems within the assigned technology domain, ensuring high availability and stability.
• Install, configure, and support hardware and software components required for smooth infrastructure operations.
• Perform ongoing maintenance activities including system updates, patch management, and antivirus updates in coordination with operations teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues across hardware, software, operating systems, and application layers.
• Conduct performance monitoring, system health checks, and capacity planning to ensure optimal system performance.
• Identify recurring defects, analyze root causes, prioritize issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence and reduce defect rates.
• Ensure proper validation of deliverables through peer and stakeholder reviews, incorporating all feedback before final release.
• Maintain high-quality standards for all deliverables in line with defined defect and quality guidelines.
• Take full ownership of assigned tasks, providing timely updates and clear communication to all stakeholders regarding progress, risks, and delays.
• Document issues, resolutions, and best practices, and share knowledge with the broader team to improve operational efficiency.
• Adhere strictly to global infrastructure standards and operational procedures.

• Proven experience in systems engineering, infrastructure support, or IT operations roles.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of hardware, software, operating systems, and enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Experience in system monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning in production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across multi-layered infrastructure issues (hardware, OS, application).
• Understanding of patch management, system updates, antivirus deployment, and infrastructure maintenance processes.
• Ability to analyze recurring technical issues and implement long-term preventive solutions.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, validation, and adherence to standards.
• Good communication skills with the ability to provide clear status updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage tasks independently and handle multiple priorities.
• Experience working in structured, process-driven enterprise environments is preferred.
