The Manufacturing Technician supports the production of medical devices by assembling components, following detailed work instructions, performing quality checks, and maintaining a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.
RESPONSIBLITLITES:
- Responsible for quality of work performed. Quality check as needed.
- Perform production of all components, subassemblies and finished goods.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.
- Perform duties that are outlined in the work instruction matrix as training is completed.
- Read and log daily performance.
- Understanding of non-conformance products, components, and equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- General knowledge of standard tools and equipment.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Ability to follow direction.
- Must be flexible in schedule and duties.
- Attention to detail, interpersonal skills, strong hands.
- Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Indoors
- Exposure to raw materials, equipment, machinery and tools necessary to perform required
- tasks.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Standing, 6-10 hours per shift.
- Handling of raw materials and small components
- Repetitious
- Lifting boxes/packages up to 50 lbs.
