This position combines clinical insight, program leadership, and relationship-building—overseeing foster home placements, guiding treatment planning, and supporting foster parents and staff. As a key liaison between families, community partners, and placing agencies, the Program Manager helps ensure every child receives the care, structure, and support needed to thrive.
