As part of a larger platform backed by Omnia Exterior Solutions, we are continuing to scale and are looking for an Assistant General Manager/Sales Manager to lead from the front and drive growth.
The Assistant General Manager/Sales Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and holding accountable a team of sales representatives to achieve revenue and performance goals. This is a hands-on, field-driven leadership role. You will be coaching reps, driving production, and building a high-performing team.
You will play a critical role in executing sales strategy, improving close rates, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience from first interaction through project handoff.
You will report to the Topsham, Maine office.
Requirements:- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales reps to hit and exceed goals
- Stay close to the field—ride along, support deals, and lead from the front
- Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to performance
- Track key metrics like close rates, pipeline, and revenue
- Own and manage the sales side of the P&L, including revenue, margins, and forecasting
- Run regular 1:1s and team meetings to keep everyone aligned
- Recruit, hire, and train new sales reps
- Partner with marketing and operations to keep things running smoothly
- Help improve processes and make the team more efficient
What We Are Looking For
- 7+ years of sales experience, with at least a few years leading a team
- Proven track record of driving revenue and team performance
- Strong coach—you know how to develop people, not just manage them
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, field-based environment
- Experience managing or influencing revenue, margins, and overall business performance
- Able to balance big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution
- Experience in construction, remodeling, or home services is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $70,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000–$180,000+ (uncapped)
