Strategic Sourcing Manager (Individual Contributor) at PS Seasonings – Iron Ridge, Wisconsin

We’re hiring a Strategic Sourcing Manager to own sourcing strategy across ingredients, packaging, and indirect materials. This is a senior individual contributor role with real decision-making authority—ideal for someone who wants hands-on strategic impact without people management.

• Own sourcing strategy that directly impacts cost, margin, and supply continuity

• Lead supplier negotiations, contracts, and cost initiatives

• Influence decisions across Procurement, R&D, Quality, Finance, and Operations

• Senior-level scope with autonomy and visibility

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to reduce total cost of ownership

• Lead supplier negotiations on pricing, terms, lead times, and service levels

• Analyze commodity and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to strengthen supply resilience

• Manage supplier performance, contracts, and risk mitigation plans

• Support new product development through cross-functional collaboration

• 5+ years of sourcing or procurement experience (food, CPG, ingredients, or packaging preferred)

• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of cost savings

• Experience managing supplier relationships and contracts

• Analytical mindset with Excel and ERP/MRP proficiency

• Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing outcomes

• CPSM, CSCP, or similar certification is a plus

• Senior impact without people management

• True ownership of suppliers, negotiations, and sourcing strategy
