Process Engineer Intern

This position is based in Mansonville, in the Eastern Townships region of Quebec, Canada. Therefore, it is essential that the candidate resides near the office.

The intern will be responsible for assisting members of the production team.

Essential responsibilities

• Assist the manager in maintaining and improving the department’s productivity, quality, health and safety, and environmental performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Help resolve daily production issues.
• Support the manager to ensure all health and safety, quality, and environmental rules are followed.
• Help update existing procedures and create new ones as needed.
• Assist in maintaining and updating engineering documents such as P&IDs.
• Provide general support to the manager in various tasks and initiatives.
