Sales Representative at CT Power – Albuquerque, New Mexico
About This Position
Sales Representative Opportunity Summary:
CT Power & Iceberg Enterprises is seeking a Sales Representative for our New Mexico location. Will be responsible for driving revenue growth across all lines of business through strategic sales execution, consultative customer engagement, and technical product knowledge. This role focuses on developing new business, expanding existing customer relationships, and promoting CT Powers service, parts, rental and OEM product offerings while maintaining a professional and customer-focused brand presence.
Job Duties:
- Develop and execute sales plans to grow revenue across all CT Power & Iceberg Enterprises products and services.
- Identify prospects, research accounts, define opportunities, and secure new business growth.
- Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with existing customers, aligning customer needs with CT Power solutions.
- Collaborate with internal service, parts, and operations teams to develop and present effective customer solutions.
- Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations for repairs, parts, and new equipment; negotiate and close sales.
- Maintain accurate CRM records for customer contacts, activities, and sales opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify opportunities and risks.
- Attend relevant trade shows, customer events, and industry functions to generate new business.
- Maintain sufficient technical expertise to represent and sell all OEM products and services offered by CT Power.
- Promote a positive, professional image of CT Power and comply with all safety policies and procedures.
Work Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and 23 years of related sales or industry experience.
- Professional selling, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Strong oral and written communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and propose practical, value-driven solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.
- Valid Drivers License in good standing (CDL a plus).
- Ability to travel locally and regionally as required.
