CNC Lathe / Mill Set-Up Operator – Aerospace Manufacturing
Location: Phoenix, AZ

We are a well-established aerospace manufacturing company seeking an Top Notch CNC Lathe / Mill Set-Up Operator to join our team. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and a collaborative problem solver with a passion for precision manufacturing, we want to hear from you.

• Perform CNC set-up and operation in a production environment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues on the shop floor.

• Create and revise CNC programs as needed.

• Interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and job aids.

• Ensure quality standards are met using advanced inspection methods.

• Adapt to changes in production schedules and handle multiple tasks effectively.

• Maintain excellent attendance, punctuality, and flexibility for overtime/weekends as needed.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Experience with Haas and Fanuc controls preferred.

• Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading.

• Proficient in shop math and problem-solving.

• Advanced knowledge of inspection methods.

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
