Central Plumbing is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Customer Service Representative / Receptionist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, scheduling appointments, and supporting the office team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in person and over the phone.
Schedule service calls and appointments accurately.
Maintain customer records and update CRM Service Titan systems.
Assist with office administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure a professional, welcoming office environment.
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Experience with CRM systems a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $16 an hour-$20 an hour (based on experience)
