We are currently looking for a Sr. Relationship Manager - Healthcare Lending in the United States.The Sr. Relationship Manager - Healthcare Lending will serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare businesses, helping them grow while managing risk and driving financial performance. In this role, you will build and maintain a portfolio of commercial loans, leveraging your expertise in healthcare finance to evaluate opportunities and structure solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting and is motivated by creating meaningful relationships and delivering measurable results.Accountabilities:
- Develop and manage a commercial healthcare lending portfolio, focusing on loans ranging from $10MM to $50MM and above
- Lead underwriting processes including financial modeling, assessing reimbursement and regulatory risks, sponsor capabilities, and coverage metrics
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business and financial needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for treasury, virtual card, trust, and other non-credit products
- Mentor less experienced relationship managers and portfolio managers as the team expands
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal credit policies while supporting the growth of an early-stage platform
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 810+ years of commercial lending experience, with at least 5 years in healthcare banking or lending
- Expertise in healthcare real estate, cash flow/leveraged lending, or healthcare asset-based lending
- Strong knowledge of credit analysis, underwriting, bank products and services, and healthcare industry drivers and regulations
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
